If you have an issue or complaint to raise, please put it in writing with all of the necessary details and email the secretary@belwestsoccer.com.

Urgent issues will be addressed as soon as practical, but may still take more than a week. Otherwise, issues will be discussed at the next committee meeting, which is held regularly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm, Charnwood Labor Club.

Depending on the nature of the issue and to ensure satisfactory resolution, you may be asked to attend a meeting with the committee to discuss the issue. You will be advised either in person or via email of the outcome of the committee decision concerning the final resolution.

Please note: All Belwest members are encouraged to attend committee meetings. Any member wishing to attend is asked to email secretary@belwestsoccer.com to advise of their attendance and agenda items.
