How to Register

Belwest’s registrations will be open from 16th January, 2017 via the www.myfootballclub.com.au (MFC) online system

We encourage players to pay through the MFC system and it should be noted the payments should be made to be considered for Team Allocations/Pre Season Training. Please read ‘How do I pay’ below for further information.

On-line registration is the only method for registrations, you can pay at the club rather than online, you are more than welcome to come down and have a chat or purchase Merchandise.

How to Register on My Football Club

Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au and click on “Register Now”. Scroll down and click on “Player Registration”.

Select which option suits you.

I have logged into MyFootballClub and registered online previously.

If you select the first option and have misplaced your FFA number and password, simply click on the “Get FFA” and “Get password”. As long as you still have the same email address this option is easy. If your email address has changed you will have to contact the MFC hotline to get them to change your email address in the MFC system before you can proceed.

Once you have logged in, click “Register Now”. Check all of the details. Ensure the parent’s details are correct. Next Start typing Belwest and the dropdown menu must read Belwest. Select Player and then the Age Group Package. Click “Add”. Click “Next”. Read and acknowledge the terms – you must scroll down to acknowledge all of the terms. Click “Next”. Then continue to follow the questions and prompts until your registration is complete.

I have never self-registered or logged into MyFootballClub before.

If you select the second option then follow the links and prompts. Fill in the form in the player’s name if you are a parent. Once completed an email will be sent to your registered email address with an FFA number and password. Once you have these, start back at www.myfootballclub.com.au and click on “Register Now”. Scroll down and click on “Player Registration”.

Once you have logged in, click “Register Now”. Check all of the details. Ensure the parent’s details are correct.

Type Belwest into the club section – wait for the drop down menu as it must read Belwest and select Player and then the Package. Click “Add”. Click “Next”. Read and acknowledge the terms – you must scroll down to acknowledge all of the terms. Click “Next”. Click “Invoice Me”. Logout

To complete your registration payment, go to ‘How do I pay’ below.

Belwest Team Allocation Days and Pre Season Training

Capital Football runs teams from U10 upwards by year and divisions. Players moving into U10 need to select whether they wish to play with friends or be placed in the highest team possible for Belwest, (which mean you may not be with your friends from last year’s team. You will need to attend the Belwest team allocation days or preseason training in order for Belwest to assess the most appropriate level of competition for them.

Dates of the allocations can be found on the “Key Dates to Remember”. All players must be registered thru MFC to attend these sessions.

Social division players and younger players (U9 and below) will be placed in teams according to friendship groups, schools and residential address. All efforts will be made to group friends together. If you are unable to attend a team allocation day but still wish to be assessed, please contact your registrar.

Non-financial players are not covered by Capital Football Insurance and take part in allocations, training sessions and games at their own risk. Belwest requires all players to be registered online thru www.myfootballclub.com.au before attending any of these events.

Registration needs to be processed by 1st March 2017 or you cannot be guaranteed of a place in a team. Spots will not be held in a team for people that haven’t registered.
